AIP Contact

An AI-powered contact center solution. It automatically classifies customer inquiries, provides real-time response guidance to agents, and supports automatic post-call summaries and follow-up processing. The targets are a 40% reduction in average response time and a 25% improvement in customer satisfaction.

AIP Back Office

Automates repetitive back-office tasks with AI. Starting with rule-based tasks such as tax invoice processing, contract review, data entry, and report generation, it progressively expands into areas requiring judgment.

AIP Custom

Designs and builds custom AI solutions tailored to each company's unique challenges. Develops AI pipelines that reflect industry-specific requirements across manufacturing, logistics, finance, and more.

The RIFT team is composed of members with experience spanning AI engineering, consulting, and product development. Drawing on hands-on experience in planning and operating AI projects at both large enterprises and startups, we deliver realistic and actionable AX strategies.
